The Large Dry Storage Vessel draws on long-standing traditions of keeping and preserving—an object that speaks to shelter through the act of storing. Its rounded volume is structured by a restrained ridge, most legible in silhouette, like an architectural line marking a change in plane.
Handbuilt by Pascale Zintzen (Oikos Estudio) from Matter Edit’s creative direction, each vessel is shaped over time and finished with brushed experimental glazes using wild pigments. No two surfaces resolve in quite the same way; variation is intended and intrinsic to the process.
